How to Place an Order

Delivery Timeframe

We start production immediately after your order is confirmed. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and delivery. For popular items, we maintain pre-production stock; if your order aligns with our production schedule, delivery can be arranged within 2 weeks.

Ordering Products Not Listed on the Website

Currently, we offer custom production for existing models listed on our website (e.g., Kelly, Birkin) with options for color, leather, and hardware. We do not accommodate production for newly designed items (e.g., Gypsy, Herbag). If you have a product you wish to suggest for development, please submit your proposal through our contact channels – we will review it based on market demand.

Are Your Products Made in the USA?

Our headquarters is located in China, and all products are manufactured domestically. The United States lacks the necessary infrastructure to combat counterfeiting and low-quality goods, making it challenging to consistently produce such high-quality items there.
